Two main issues:

It triggers game loss if the environment deck is ever empty, which interacts surprisingly with reveal effects
It's brutal with Slide into the Sea.

Thoughts:

Should trigger game loss on villain turn start/end or something
Slide into the Sea could maybe change to work like the countdown timer in Wagner Mars Base; could maybe bring stuff back when it's destroyed and use under itself as the dead location...
