Stop watching so many things #306

@jasonLaster pointed out how gosh durn slow watch is to set up. I looked into, and found out that I'm watching node_modules & bower_components. wat? I need to filter those out.

The issue seems to actually be the img/emoji directory, and less so the node modules.

Resolved by #307 to be released as v0.1.15
