Enhance contributing guide #293

Thanks @Muhnad ! I like the bulleted list format you've introduced here. I'm thinking about if there's some way to separate out the steps that only need to be done one time (install steps) from the steps that are necessary to run it locally. But maybe that's unnecessary 🤷‍♂️ What do you think?

@jamesplease I think we don't need to do that, cuz the structure depends on standalone concept if someone wants to contribute on docs as an example he goes to docs installation steps. no need to make him look away. that's what I think!
