Fix typos in "Actions FAQ" doc page #466

I think for other links I’m including the .md extension; is that approach not working on L27?

At the moment cancellation link on Actions FAQ points to https://github.com/jamesplease/redux-resource/tree/e0d24c6c69879d54e94c1ab9976b4b6a9d5adb7f/docs/recipes/canceling-requests/README.md which is 404 GitHub page. I've added .md extension in a hope that it will fix the problem.
