Global Header/Footer Content: Name of app? Logo? #68

FUTURE: Header: What's the name of this app? maybe put that there. Maybe put an emoji. On a color background.

Footer: Could be the copyright or name of app, and/or emoji on a color background.

I gave it background color of "text.disabled" but it really should have its own color specified in the theme and not use a text color.
