Google Test could not support WDK/DDK environment #337

Hi,

I found Google Test could not be compiled for WDK development, I configured my 
VS2005 for driver development with WDK environment, and that is OK for CPPUnit. 
I could use CPPUnit for my driver project. 

Would you please help to enhance it? That is looks like the STL compatibility 
issue.
