We should include support for the ETC Unison serial protocol described at http://www.etcconnect.com/DOCS/DOCS_DOWNLOADS/MANUALS/USAP_V1.9.1_PROGRAMMING_QG.PDF.

We might want a bit more, depending on how the target system has been configured, but that's enough to close this off.
