SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED Error #5

I'm trying to connect and I get the following error:

aiohttp.client_exceptions.ClientConnectorCertificateError: Cannot connect to host pv.inteless.com:443 ssl:True [SSLCertVerificationError: (1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: certificate has expired (_ssl.c:1129)')]
