Can you expand on this a bit more?

I want to add a comments about cron while adding job so that i get more info about cron and instead of sending all job email notification to a single or more user , i want to assign a user for a job so that they get notification whenever execution get failed.

Can you open up a second issue for the per user(s) alerts please?
