incompatible character encodings: ASCII-8BIT and UTF-8 #273

At "Job Edit" page, I change the "Name" value, that new value is '中文标题'. When I submit the form, the error result is 'incompatible character encodings: ASCII-8BIT and UTF-8'. I have never learned Ruby, can you help me?

What database are you using with minicron?
