Add install script #302

Just added the install script included in the zip

Hey, thanks for this but I've actually purposefully removed the install script from master as future versions of minicron will be installed in a different way.

You can see the install script in the v0.9.7 tag: https://github.com/jamesrwhite/minicron/tree/v0.9.7
