Rework of how the query strings and public flags work. See #21.

Summary

You can now create groups of flags and preview them in unison instead of just individually.
Only groups can now be enabled via a query string (this includes the private feature).
As such I've removed the queryable and private parameters from the flag declarations.
Various code quality updates
