This PR merges in improvements from @bockor and @joseph-r-hamilton; it supersedes PR https://github.com/jamesscottbrown/pyyed/pull/33

prevents creation of duplicate nodes or groups
allows the creation of edges between groups
renames edge_color/edge_type/edge_width to border_color/border_type/border_width for nodes and groups
