Old migrations from 0.2.3 won't work in newer versions #8

Just worth to noting that old migrations from 0.2.3 won't work as the TimescaleDateTimeField was moved. There are probably not that many using this package since that version, but could be worth mentioning.

Yes, the last contribution did introduce some braking changes, but as you mentioned we are probably not that many using the package. I do want to introduce a changelog though and I'll be more than happy to merge one in as well.
