feat: support WezTerm #14

WezTerm had a bugfix for hyperlinks since https://github.com/wez/wezterm/releases/tag/20200620-160318-e00b076c.

BTW, I can help to maintain this project. I notice that several PRs are still in a state that needs to be reviewed.
