Possibility of update? #25

I think this is literally the only program I've found on the internet that even attempts to shuffle thee chapters within a youtube video. Sadly, I don't think it actually works anymore. Is there any possibility of an update? Do you have any idea what broke it?

I know that it broke a while ago when YouTube changed the way that Timestamps were identified in videos. Here it finds the timestamps with the pattern a[href="#"]. We created this over a weekend as part of a Hackathon. I might have a look at reviving it over the Christmas break.
