as said in title i cant use the files in the installer

Go to this link https://jameszah.github.io/ESP32-CAM-Video-Telegram/installer/ and click the connect button. It runs the installer from the web and installs it on your device. It is not something that downloads to your computer, and then you run it from the computer. (You could download the esp32 binary file and use esptool ... but it is complicated)

ahh. Make sure you are using chrome.
