Multiple JPS Support

Added alternate JPS option in /setup
- Addresses Issue #11 requesting support for multiple JPS entries.
- Configured in /setup and stored in ./data/server.json.
- When used, dropdown menu is available at / for login selection.
- Active JPS is displayed in /wizard .
- /wizard now only shows webhooks for the active JPS
