More notes: originally this branch was created just to add the "Custom Webhooks" feature, however the addition of the improved UI and routing intersected often with the other webhook categories so this branch ended up being an update to all of the webhook views and routes, and some webhook-adjacent items. As a result, the webapp currently exists in a state that is halfway between the old UI and a prototype of the new UI. New UI, minor feature additions, and cleanup/refinement tasks are planned for next develop>feature branch.
