Unable to add Code Signed Script #11

I have code signed a script but PPPC utility will not accept it. I have verified it it is code signed by running the appropriate commands.

We'll look at adding better error messaging so when something fails it isn't such a black box. Closing this out but watch for #37 to be completed which will help with error messages.
