Resolve issues #39 (duplicate apps) and #40 (buttons disappearing).

Thanks for the pull request @BIG-RAT. We don't want to have the .DS_Store file in source control. Could you please delete it, and then add a .DS_Store entry to the .gitignore file as well?

@BIG-RAT I'm seeing the button disappearing issue fixed 👍 and also when adding duplicate applications using the + button. But when I drag and drop applications from Finder, it still allows duplicates, so it's probably just something we need to consolidate so the check happens either way the app is added.
