Moved isDirectoryThatExists() and isFileThatExists() to the FileManager extension class
Created deletingPathExtension() also in the FileManager extension class
Updated MoveTemporaryCaseDir() to
- Check for existence of output location
- Accept either a dir or a file

Addresses #35
