Authentication with username works fine, but if using Client ID is it impossibile find the Mac. Error in a attachment:

"Computer Record Could not find this computer, please check the serial number"

If I set a wrong Client Secret I get a different error: "Authentication Error".

Hi there At the moment I cannot reproduce the error you are seeing.

Could you check the permissions you are using for the role?

I'm using these.

Read Computers, Update Local Admin Password Settings, View Local Admin Password Audit History, Send Local Admin Password Command, View Local Admin Password

Hi there

Was wondering if you managed to check the permissions for the API Role?

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem, I can't use the login and password because I activated SSO on jamf pro so I have to use the client ID and the API key. However, I'm able to connect with the Jamf LAPS tool, but it can't find the serial number of the mac I entered. image
