Fix for error "Time to live cannot be null." #2

There is no value for "memcached.timeToLiveSeconds" defined. I'm getting this error with Jamf Pro 10.11.1: An error with the memcached configuration was found: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Time to live cannot be null.
