MUT v5 has been making significant progress in the last few weeks, with no sign of slowing down. It is NOT fully functional yet, however it now has a working API PUT that will parse through a CSV and can update multiple fields at once on Users.
There will be continuing development on this to get MUT v5 back to a fully functional state, but the codebase is now in good enough shape to merge to master. Ongoing development will take place on the master branch.
