Add tests to Scout Models

Add unit tests to the models (api/models) in the scout application including:

• admin.js
• device.js
• inventory.js
• patch.js
• reports.js
• server.js
• user.js

Pull Request Ready When:

1. All of the above files have ~70% line coverage with valid and useful assertions to ensure data is correct.
