修正内容

Administration の notes に、Requestと同様の記述方法である項目に対する説明を追加した。
Dispense, Administration の profile に、Requestと同様のidentifierの説明を追加（Requestからの継承である旨の説明を追記）
上記修正に伴う、Examplesの修正
