Forgot to cite font sources in #10

Not required, but appreciated according to Open Font License FAQ: https://openfontlicense.org/how-to-use-ofl-fonts/

[x] make Settings into a page menu
[x] Have Font Settings and Credits as menu options
[ ] add credits page list with #10 Google font credits citations as their site indicates in the app
[ ] add documentation about citation requirements for the app
[ ] SOURCES_CITED.md in docs/
