I'd like to be able to choose which accounts will be synchronized to my wear OS device to avoid having too much codes in there.

Add a flag option to categories to choose if they will be available in my Wear OS. That option could be available to users in categories context menu. Only items in categories that are selected to by synchronized will be available in my wear OS device. Maybe there will be the need to add an extra option to "all" items be synchronized or not, this way I could choose only a few accounts to be available in my Wear OS.
