Add icon for tu-berlin.de

Wanted to add an icon for my university which has its own 2FA service. I have read the contribution guidelines and converted the png from this svg. Feel free to ignore if you think the use is too niche.

It is actually within Similarweb's Top 200k, so it's not that niche. I think it can be added no problem.
