Rumble Pak Support: Upon reboot, have to re-chmod 666 /dev/input/eventX devices #90

Describe your system:
 - Linux distribution: KnoppMyth R5F27
 - Machine type: (32-bit or 64-bit) 64bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.3-development rev 419 SVN
 - Plugins used: rice/blight

Describe the problem:

After configuring rumble pak emulation and getting it working, I had to
chmod 666 my /dev/input/event3 and event4 device event handlers.

However, after every reboot, since they are PnP devices they get redetected
and the "real" permissions take over again. I have to re-chmod after every
system reboot in order to keep rumble pak support working.

This isn't a Mupen64Plus issue; it's a problem with the linux drivers and the
distro.
It may be possible to resolve this problem my modifying the Udev configuration, but
I haven't looked into it yet.
