Noticed that these domains are broken - so I've removed it from proxies-us.json.

token.dramafever.com
htmltvui-api.netflix.com
mvid.yql.yahoo.com
videoplayer.vevo.com

Also, I've found and add domains used at Sony's Playstation Vue service.
