update and remove outdated links

3 changes I have made:

remove all trailing whitespaces
update 2 outdated links in section "etcd". One of them is actually inspired by the Chinese version: https://github.com/jamiehannaford/what-happens-when-k8s/tree/master/zh-cn#etcd
remove 1 non-existent link in section "initializers" cos it is no longer there in the official documentation https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/access-authn-authz/extensible-admission-controllers/

Sorry for the delay here. I think this needs to be rebased.
