Feature Request: hide Editor pane or show Preview pane only #362

Expected

Add an option inside remarkable.settings file

There's a serious shortage of viewers for Markdown; sometimes (in fact most times) we just want to view a Markdown file rendered properly. So +1 for this feature request.
