Add `dot` command to create a new dotfile entry #41

i.e. by running dot ~/.config/bspwm/bspwmrc bspwm

[ ] Create bspwm package i.e. $DOTFILES_ROOT/bspwm
[ ] Create directory structure i.e. $DOTFILES_ROOT/bspwm/home/.config/bspwm/
[ ] Create file i.e. $DOTFILES_ROOT/bspwm/home/.config/bspwm/bspwmrc
[ ] Create symlink i.e. ln -s $DOTFILES_ROOT/bspwm/home/.config/bspwm/bspwmrc ~/.config/bspwm/bspwmrc

To create a folder, i.e. dot ~/.config/bspwm/ bspwm; note the trailing slash.

[ ] Bonus points for using zsh autocomplete to provide tab-complete for the package name.
