I'm happy to merge this PR. As you probably know i'm not using CsQuery any more and so this is really just an administrative activity for me, since I can't really review it. If you are interested in becoming a collaborator so you can commit directly to master let me know.

Thank you, but I created the pull request by mistake. We forked the repo and are applying occasional bugfixes to our forked version. I meant to create a pull request against that. It's very rare that we make any changes. The fork is available at http://www.github.com/siteimprove/csquery in case it has any interest.
