It would be great if one could organise all the cells on the left hand side in a tree, by creating folders and putting cells in there. E.g. in http://globular.science/1607.001v2, I have a lot of similar cells, and I'd like to group them (coherence cells, adjunction cells, etc.). Right now I'm doing that by giving them similar or equal colours. Ideally, one could also pick a colour for all cells in a group/folder (which could be overwritten individually).
