Add link to Select Species icon for easy return to the Select Species page #23

It would be great if you can add this link before I see Nick in Atlanta this weekend. Also, can you put the green (active) icon on the Gene Selector page? Even if it's just hardcoded for now...

Sorry, forgot to mention that I made the changes in my own home directory (http://bar.utoronto.ca/~hyu/ePlant/). I can't log in to U of T email, where I have that cryptic password for the eplant account. I will also commit the changes to GitHub. Feel free to grab the updated files from my directory!

Note: I changed the CSS3 transition property to "transform" from "All", please do not change it back! Setting it to "All" will apply the delay to visibility changes, making it lag when icons become hidden while transitioning to species view.
