Re-format clipping indicators on chromosome page #49

Here is a screen shot of what they should look like. Smaller, and positioned on the top or bottom, depending on which side is being clipped.

I can make it smaller, but it won't have round edges, as we've discussed before.

The reason I placed them in the middle is because if you zoom in, the chromosomes will be clipped on both sides. Where should the indicator be placed in that situation?

The middle makes sense if both ends are clipped. No round edges?!? But I live for round edges.

OK I'll give you round edges, but only round edges! Round-edged outline with a shorter round-edged "selected region". I read the earlier post about this and I just realized that's what you had in mind all along. :P
