Develop registration page following penpot design, first iteration

Front End:

[x] add header
[x] add card component
[x] add form fields
[x] add sign up button
[x] format form fields (center, add correct spacing in between form fields)
[x] format button (positioning, size, background color, text color)
[x] add options for select (all states in US)
[ ] connect sign up button to create users in db
[ ] make fields required
[ ] add error handling

Back End:

[ ] validate connection to db
[ ] validate creation of users in db
