I can't seem to reproduce this problem on 3.80 M33-4, using the plugin that was
included with v0.147. lioneditor.bin is correctly generated and placed in
\PSP\SAVEDATA\ULES00850FFT0000.

Is this the directory you are looking at? Are you really using the European
version? (An Australian version exists, but it is not supported by the plugin
yet).

It looks like you're following the correct procedure in the video.
I tried the plugin on a Slim PSP with 3.80 M33-5 and lioneditor.bin was
correctly
created at ms0:/PSP/SAVEDATA/ULUS00850FFT0000.
Could you upgrade to M33-5 and try again?

Upgraded to m33-5 but alas, same result. I also tried to download the us
version(ISO) but did not make any difference.

This is really frustrating that I can't repeat the error :|
Could you try Hellcat's new plugin, Savegame Deemer?

Would it be possible that this has something to do with either having it run
from a
UMD, an ISO file or a compressed ISO file (.cso)? I'm using a compressed image
and I
also the same issue.

I think I may know the solution. I was having this exact problem until I opened
up
the game.txt in the plugin folder. There appeared to be a space between my
other
plugin and the FFT one.. after removing the space and loading my saved file in
FFT,
the .bin file was present in my ULES SAVE DATA folder.

This problem is also happening to me, I've tried 3.71 m33 / 3.80 m33 Neither
work.
I'm using a psp 1000 and I have the ntsc umd disc of FFT WotL.
