Pre-processing / Processing / Post-processing

This is an idea for a new way to sort the modules.

The primary tools (compile_tb, set_pls, modify_tb, and create_tb) are the core of the plugin and they deal with the reconstruction itself --> Processing

The secondary tools don't do any reconstruction. Either they work on the final product to enhance the result, or they help transforming data we need before starting the processing itself.

• Remove_arts, fill_gaps, smoothing, copy_paste, isostat_cp, sea_level --> Post-processing
• Prepare_masks, calc_bathy --> Pre-processing

This would imply a change in the way tools are organized in icons/modules.

Changes implied:

• Changing the name and position of the module "prepare masks". Put it at the begining (left), call it "pre-processing" and separate it from the processing/primary tools)
• Add to this module, the secondary tool "calc_bathy"
• Unsure about the rest of the secondary tools. "Std processing tools" seems quite appropriated because some (Fill gaps, copy/paste raster...) can be used in-between the primary tools and don't have to com necessarily at the end. However, this name would conflict with "processing", creating confusion...

Possible alternative names (brainstorming):

pre-processing tools – main processing tools – other processing tools preliminary tools – primary tools – secondary tools pre-reconstruction – core functions – assisting tools pre-production – production – other processing tools
