When the color palette of a raster is changed using the tool from Std Processing tools, the new cpt is not added to the All color ramps list in QGIS symbology tab. This means the user needs to use TA's tool again if he/she wants to go back to that color scheme after changing it.
This is not problematic, and this issue is not to be fixed. Only a reminder that this is happening this way and it could be necessary to change it in the future if feedback from the users shows that.
