App UI Use Cases #2

This issue is used to track app use cases which require UI components. These can be things like logging in, selecting a user from a list, or displaying a video feed.

Use cases should describe the following: 1) What the user does and what the app does, either dependent on user interaction (interactively) or independent of user interaction (passively) 2) The components that appear on the screen 3) The data underlying the components and/or interactions
