Clean up onDisplayCompanionXXX events #192

Look at the FP OAS... 

There seem to be overlapping/confused APIs calls for:

onDisplayCompanionAd
onDisplayCompanionSWF
onDisplayCompanionText

Are the SWF and Text types required? Seem not...

Fixed in the 0.4.3 release about to go out on the new OVA Community site at 
Longtail Video
