video feeds from other participants dominant in the center
personal cam feed viewable but not dominant
chat and discussion info on the right side of the page for easy access

This is mostly in an acceptable draft state. The only idea I had that isn't implemented yet is to show the dominant speaker in the center of the page, but I need to do a little more looking at how the dominant speaker API surface works.

Feedback from meeting:

Put agenda next to dominant speaker so it's always visible (agenda, then dominant speaker)
Make the user's video one of the particiapnts below (scroll others, not the user)
Help with misconduct overlaid on dominant speaker (lower right)
move connection experience to center when no discussion
