During user testing, when I asked participants to explore the site and find specific content found in the setup page, they weren't able to easily find it. They ended up clicking every single link in the header and footer.
During the card sorting activity, users also had a hard time assigning specific content to the different page titles that petbot.com currently has.
Conclusion: The page title does not reflect the page content. This makes it hard to find content like the "FAQ" and troubleshooting videos.
Recommendations/possible solutions:
Change the name of the page to be more inclusive of the content within it. Example: "Support"
Give FAQ its own page. Example: “FAQ” or “Troubleshooting” or “Support”
