Update container for v0.1.5.0 #238

This adds new configuration options for, and fixes issues introduced by, the new Palworld dedicated server update.

Set -publiclobby to configure as a community server
Add the SHOW_PLAYER_LIST environment variable to set bShowPlayerList (and make it false by default for privacy reasons)
Ensure the RCON port is enabled by setting -rcon on the command line, if RCON_ENABLED is set to true

Fixes #236.

This includes a small amount of additional diffs from my IDE that removes trailing spaces from some lines. I thought these were good changes to have, so I kept them in.
