Add Helm Chart for deploying to Kubernetes
Add config for the QUERY_PORT, used by Steam to query the server

As im not known and experience in Kubernetes ( sadly 😢 ) i cant add support for this, at least for now. Feel free to create a own repository and im happy to do a FAQ section were i could post you a link to.

If things change with my knowledge about K3s and K8s i will get back to you and happyly add this to the support.
