DOCS: git checkout instructions on readme #162

I'm just following up on my post in the Jamoma forum.

From what I understand the update.rb script is not the ideal way to work.

Instructions on how to checkout and update all modules from a specific branch in such a way that the changes can be pushed would be very helpful in the README file.
